A great start to this years wedding season began with Amy & Steves wedding held at Prested Hall Essex, a fantastic wedding venue. In the heart of the Essex countryside the huge quirky house has character and brings an element of charm to the wedding pictures. Using soft natural light to create the bridal portraits makes them exceptionally pretty. The Groom was delivered in style by a friend who drove him in a Lambourgini.
The ceremony was held in the Orangery and the Brides Mum gave her away, a very emotional ceremony followed, afterwards delicious cold cocktails were served on the lawn by the side of the lake.
The day flowed amazingly smoothly with the help of Natalie the wedding co-ordinator who worked so hard to ensure everything ran like clockwork. The beauty of a summer wedding is the light gets better as the evening draws in, there is no rush for photographs, the beautiful golden hour is my favourite time for taking pictures, the sunflare gives the shots an air of romance that simply complete the wedding album perfectly. Here are a few of my faves.
